While I have represented clients from San Jose to San Mateo, most transactions have been in the spectacular neighborhoods along the 280 corridor - Portola Valley, Woodside, Atherton, Menlo Park,

and Redwood City, where I am a homeowner.  Hillside properties usually boast views, added privacy, ofen a variable floor plan, creative and possibly low maintenance landscaping - a perspective belonging to our beautiful Bay Area.

My office, conveniently located near 280 in Woodside, is recognized for marketing of unique properties, often with a rural feel. I generally list and sell in price ranges from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000, although

I have successfully negotiated transactions above $10,000,000.

My Interests

Since I love golf, I enjoy being part of several fund raising golf tournaments such as the AT&T at Pebble Beach which raises funds for the Monterey Peninsula Foundation (among others), the Schwab Cub Championship which donates to several youth groups, and this year, the US Open.

Being an active member of the Redwood City – San Mateo CountyChamber of Commerce, I volunteer for its two tournaments as well, the Kianos tournament at Stanford, which raises funds to help the handicapped find employment, and the Invitational in the fall, which raises funds to help small business development.  Other hobbies are skiing, writing and bridge.  I belong to a Writers’ Group and play some humbling duplicate bridge now and then.
